BLACK PHILANTHROPIC GIVING CIRCLE

The Black Philanthropic Giving Circle of Harford County is a non-profit 501(c)3 donor-advised fund of the Community Foundation of Harford County focused on charitable giving to non-profit organizations committed to providing services for the betterment of African-Americans within Harford County. The Fund will be used to make grants to 501(c)(3) non-profits providing goods or services that directly support Black people and communities.
Membership of the Circle and general support is open to all who share the desire to make an impact in Harford County. The Circle is led by a Steering Committee comprised of local leaders.
